Internet classes often don't have much class interaction, so I'll be trying to simulate group activity in our "virtual" groups. As you can see from the due dates page and from the table below, there are four mini group assignments. Each of you will be assigned a group (there will be four groups in the class, of equal numbers). You will communicate with one another using the Web Board. There will be a list serve for the entire class so that I can send messages to you all at once. This is why I need your e-mail addresses right away.

You can also use your Web Board to have a support network to talk to one another about the class and the assignments. The Web Board can help serve as a study group and "meet" your classmates a little.
Your Web Board address is:
http://www.cvc3.org:82/~cccenglish102 . Register as a new user. Then, go to the "conference" with your group as the title. Then, click on the group assignment
that you are working on. If you want
to post a message to the group unrelated to the group assignment, just post
a new topic, and type away!
